In order to reduce the traffic load in the west of Tabriz on the route of Nizam Pezdi Street towards Chaykenar Martyr "Malek Rahmati", the late governor of East Azerbaijan, who was martyred in the tragic helicopter crash with the president, is considered a model of youth in the 13th government. He considered commitment and order in the process of administrative actions a priority and spared no effort in his responsibilities to serve the people. Also, the welfare of the employees under his command was always of concern to this martyr and he worked diligently to fulfill the instructions of the Supreme Leader.
